"Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it." - Tori Amos
Morgan (she/her) believes in creating a safe space where clients can heal from past adversities, discover their strengths and cultivate personal growth. She uses a trauma informed approach that acknowledges that every individual has unique experiences that they bring to the table. Morgan strongly believes that there is no “one size fits all” in therapy and tailors her approach to the needs of each client. Her approach integrates elements of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic therapies. She supports clients in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and self-esteem.
Morgan holds a MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work and a BA in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. Prior to working and living in New York, Morgan worked in Oregon at a residential program which has led her to be particularly passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate life’s complexities and transitions.
