Yes! You can submit your insurance information here and we will verify your benefits for you.
We strongly encourage you to verify your benefits for "out-patient mental health professional office/telehealth visits" by checking your insurance provider’s membership portal or by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.

We are an out-of-network provider with all plans and can provide information on any out-of-pocket costs for your plan after you submit an Appointment Request Form. We can provide you with a superbill to give to your insurance company for a reimbursement at the discretion of your insurance company during claims processing. Please Note: We cannot guarantee a reimbursement from your insurance company and cannot reimburse any session payments on sessions that were under an Out-of-Network Plan.
