“But part of getting to know yourself is to unknow yourself – to let go of the limiting stories you’ve told yourself about who are so that you aren’t trapped by them.” – Lori Gottlieb
Dasha offers sessions in English and Russian.
Dasha brings a warm and curious presence to her work, helping clients feel seen without feeling judged. She sees therapy as a space where people can feel less alone, better understand what has shaped them, and begin moving toward relationships, choices, and ways of living that feel more true to who they are.
Because healing looks different for everyone, her approach is collaborative and integrative. She draws from mindfulness, CBT-based skills, psychodynamic and existential exploration, and creative interventions such as art and music. She values therapy as a space that feels safe, honest, supportive, and sometimes even adventurous.
Her clinical interests include supporting immigrants, people navigating demanding careers, and women moving through major life transitions, including postpartum experiences, PMDD, and menopause. Before becoming a therapist, Dasha worked as a lawyer and in tech, experiences that shaped her understanding of pressure, identity, reinvention, and the courage it takes to begin again. She is also a co-author of a research article on maternal mental health. Outside of her work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her family, including her son and dog.
