Marianna Vandysheva (she/her) is passionate about creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their personal journey toward well-being. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, trauma, burnout, and other mental health concerns. Marianna believes in a client-centered, holistic approach, grounded in viewing each person as a whole and taking small steps toward lasting, positive change. Her work integrates techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based, strengths-based, narrative, and psychodynamic practices.
Marianna is particularly passionate about supporting young professionals as they navigate life’s complexities and personal growth. She also has a deep interest in women’s mental health, including concerns related to perinatal and postpartum experiences, infertility, body image, caregiving, high-stress careers, and healing from narcissistic abuse and domestic violence.
She holds a BA in Psychology from Touro University and earned her MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work.
