"Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer." — Rainer Maria Rilke
Paige works with adults navigating the full complexity of being human. Whether it manifests as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply a quiet sense that something feels off, she meets every person with curiosity, warmth, and genuine care. She works integratively, drawing from a range of relational and evidence-based approaches, always guided by what serves the particular person in front of her. She is less focused on fixing symptoms and more interested in understanding the whole person.
Paige has a particular interest in how identity, connection, and meaning shift across the chapters of our lives, and in the gap between the life we are living and the one we sense is possible. Shaped by years in the performing arts, Paige brings an appreciation for process, authenticity, and the sustained inner work that does not always show externally. She believes that creativity and self-expression are not luxuries but essential parts of a fully lived life.
She works with individuals and couples, seeing clients via telehealth and in person in Manhattan.
